Head Coach - Todd Hollis     Record:  150-95 (25  seasons)

The 2024 football season will mark Coach Hollis's twenty-eighth season at E/B, and his twenty-sixth as the head coach.  His first  two years were as an assistant and he has been the head coach since then.  His first three years he served as the varsity defensive coordinator, including his first year as head coach in 1999.  He took over the offensive duties in 2000.  

Coach Hollis coaches running backs, quarterbacks, and receivers on offense.  He also coaches defensive backs.  He has coached the offensive and defensive lines.

Prior to coming to E/B, Coach Hollis volunteered at Peoria Richwoods for four years.  During that time his duties included coaching receivers, defensive backs, and both offensive and defensive lines for the freshmen and sophomore teams.  While at Richwoods Coach Hollis had the opportunity to learn from Hall of Fame Coaches Rod Butler, Bob Easter, Doug Simper, and Roland Brown.

Coach Hollis played high school football for Naperville Central High School in Naperville, Illinois.  He played defensive end and offensive guard for the Redskins.

Coach Hollis will be inducted into the Illinois High School Football Coaches Association Hall of Fame in 2024.

Assistant Coach - Mike Dutton

The dean of the Trojans' coaching staff, Coach Dutton has been a part of the E/B program since 1991, and is entering his 34th year with the Trojans.  He coaches the offensive and defensive lines (and always will).  

Prior to coming to E/B, Coach Dutton coached the Morton and Brimfield JFL teams.  He also worked as a football official.

Coach Dutton played high school football at Illinois Valley Central High School in Chillicothe.  He played on the offensive and defensive lines for the Grey Ghosts.

Assistant Coach - Brad Crisco

Coach Crisco joined the Trojans' staff in 2002.  He serves as the varsity defensive coordinators.  Coach Crisco coaches the offensive line and linebackers.

Coach Crisco came to E/B from Biggsville-Union H.S., where he was the head coach for two years.  Prior to that he served under Hall-of-Fame coach Galen Noard at Biggsville.  

Coach Crisco played high school football at Galva High School.  He played college football at Monmouth College.  He was a defensive back for the Fighting Scots.

Assistant Coach - Mike Walker

Coach Walker returned to the sidelines for the Trojans in 2015 after a brief hiatus during which time he served as a varsity football official.  Coach Walker coaches the offensive and defensive lines.  He also handles defensive play calling duties during varsity games.

Coach Walker  played on the offensive and defensive lines for Peoria High School (Central).  He played under legendary Hall of Fame coach Larry Lavery while playing for the Lions.

Head JV Coach, Varsity Special Teams - Brandon Butler

Coach Butler returned to the Trojans football program for the 2013 season.  He  coaches running backs and linebackers.  Coach Butler oversees the varsity special teams.

Coach Butler played for the Trojans as a defensive back and running back from 2000-2003.  He was a member of the first Prairieland Conference Championship team in 2003 and the program's first playoff team since 1987.

 

Assistant Coach, Director of Player Personnel at BHS - Kevin Faulkner

Coach Faulkner comes to the program with many years of coaching experience.  He coaches linebackers and running backs.  He also handles logistics and communication for our players at Brimfield High School. He played high school football at Lincolnway High School.  Coach Faulkner played split end and defensive back. 

Assistant Coach - Tommy Bowers

An outstanding running back and All-Conference defensive back during his high school career with the Trojans, Coach Bowers will work with the JV offensive line and defensive backs.  

Assistant Coach - Noah Hollis

Coach Hollis returns to the Trojans this year to coach the junior varsity running backs and defensive lines.  He played defensive end for the Trojans and was a three-year starter at quarterback, earning All-Conference honors his senior year.
