The Blackout for Easter Seals took place for the first time in 2008.  The event came about as the team, at the suggestion of players, began to realize and experience our Mission.  The Blackout allows us to celebrate effort above ability, be selfless in our actions, and defend the cause of the oppressed.  To date E/B has raised over $80,000 for Easter Seals.  The Blackout in central Illinois, founded by E/B, has raised over $300,000.
